CIS Policy of Sewer Plan Sales

In order for CIS to be able to sell you the consumer a Sewer Plan we abide by the following policies and condition of sales.

• CIS Sewer Plans Sales Policy is to sell Property "as constructed" Sewer Plans.

• We have a refund process in place but we do not exchange an item once the payment has been processed.

• There is no warranty period.

• It is expected delivery timeframe is 30 minutes if a plan is purchased during normal working hours, if out of hours it will be expected to be delivered the next working day.

• The sale of a Sewer plan is delivered by email (if an email address has been provided or it can be collected at a either a Reece or Tradelink store based on the customers request.

• As the Sewer plan is delivered by email, there is no postage costs applicable unless an alternative arrangement has been made with the customer to have the Sewer plan posted to their arranged address.

• On the customer statement it will clearly show a reference of "CIS Services" to clearly show a purchase of Sewer Plan has been purchased.

• CIS privacy policy is not to store a customer credit card details and are destroyed upon the completion of sale, where whilst processing the customer request all information regarding the sale of a sewer is kept confidential.

• CIS only sells plans in Australian dollars.

• No GST is applied to the sale of a Property Sewer Plan.

• All links are kept within the CIS website.
